Rover is an advanced tool that uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to allow users to query BSAVA's comprehensive range of practical veterinary content - ask natural language questions and receive precise, source-backed answers on small animal veterinary practice topics.

Rover is intended for use by BSAVA members and other veterinary professionals, including vets, veterinary nurses, and students. The current pilot phase is aimed at a focused group of BSAVA members in order to gather feedback and insights, to help us further develop this tool.

The responses will be based on BSAVA's trusted content. However, all AI tools can introduce errors, and the information will only be as up-to-date as the source content – the responses should not be used to replace professional judgement and we would always advise checking the original sources.
